Continuous recruitment for the PROM project [update]

Recruitment schedule:
5.12.2022-28.02.2023 – accepting applications from candidates, sending confirmations of achievements
December 19-22, January 3-6, January 23-26, February 16-28– interviews with candidates
up to 7 days after interviews – recruitment results

Important Information:

1. Recruitment is addressed to:
   • PhD candidated 7 places
   • academic stuff 4 places
     INCLUDING 3 places for incoming PhD candidates or academic stuff
2. The project lasts until March 31, 2023 – all activities must be completed by that date
3. To participate in recruitment:
   • Complete the form available at: LINK [to change language chose English in top right corner]
   • Upload the confirmation of the achievements indicated in the form to the individual disk space (the link is sent up to 48 hours after completing the form) appropriately by 18.12.2022 lub 2.01.2023 or 22.01.2023 or 28.02.2023
   • Deliver the form signed by the promoter (personally to the project office or a scan of the document to be attached to the disk) appropriately by 18.12.2022 or 2.01.2023 or 22.01.2023 or 28.02.2023
   • Apply for an interview on one of the selected dates sent by email.
4. As part of the project, you can take part in
   • conference
   • summer school
   • tests on equipment that is difficult or inaccessible in place you do your research
5. The length of the trip is from 5 to 10 days
   • 2 days are provided for travel to the final destination
   • tests, conferences and summer schools must last a minimum of 3 days
6. Average amount of funds for each applicant is 9.500 PLN (scholarship+fee)
7. Conference/winter school fees may be paid from other sources.
