Wszystkich członków naszej społeczności doktoranckiej na AGH zapraszamy do udziału w akcji wyborczej. Wybierać będziemy przewodniczących samorządów doktorantów w jednostkach oraz przewodniczącego Uczelnianej Rady Samorządu Doktorantów. Poniżej publikujemy szczegółowy harmonogram akcji wyborczej:
23 listopada – termin zgłaszania kandydatów na przewodniczącego rad w jednostkach – poprzez formularz link
24-29 listopada – spotkania w jednostkach; prezentacja kandydatów na przewodniczącego w jednostce, wybór komisji wyborczej.
Informacja o terminach i miejscach spotkań zostanie przekazana po uzyskaniu informacji od samorządu doktorantów jednostki.
30 listopada – I tura wyborów na przewodniczącego w jednostce poprzez system vote AGH
Informacja o rozpoczęciu głosowaniu wraz z linkiem zostanie przekazana uprawnionym do głosowania mailowo, na adresy w domenie @agh.edu.pl
2 grudnia– II tura wyborów na przewodniczącego w jednostce, w przypadku braku frekwencji na poziomie 1/3 uprawnionych do głosowania poprzez system vote AGH
do 4 grudnia – publikacja wyników wyborów do Rad Samorządu Doktorantów w jednostkach
15 grudnia – spotkanie wyborcze URSD, sala konferencyjna Klubu Studio; wybór przewodniczącego Uczelnianej Rady Samorządu Doktorantów
Zgłoszenia kandydatów oraz prezentacje proponowanych działań odbywają się w trakcie spotkania.

We invite all members of our doctoral community to participate in the election campaign. We will elect the chairmen of PhD candidates’ council in basic units of AGH UST and the chairman of the PhD Candidate’s Council of AGH UST. Below we publish a detailed schedule of the election campaign:
November 23 – the deadline for submitting candidates for chairman of PhD candidates’ council in basic units of AGH UST – via the link
November 24-29 – meetings in units; presentation of candidates, election of the election commission. Information on the dates and places of meetings will be provided after obtaining information from the unit’s PhD candidates’ councils.
November 30 – 1st round of elections for the chairman of PhD candidates’ council in basic units of AGH UST through the AGH voting system Information about the start of voting along with a link will be sent to the persons entitled to vote by e-mail to addresses in the @ agh.edu.pl domain.
December 2 – 2nd round of elections for the chairman in the unit, in the absence of turnout at the level of 1/3 entitled to vote via the AGH vote system
by 4 December – publication of the results of elections for the chairman of PhD candidates’ council in basic units of AGH UST
December 15 – URSD election meeting, Studio, conference room; election of the chairman of the chairman of PhD Candidates’ Council of AGH UST. Applications of candidates and presentations of proposed activities take place during the meeting.
